I'm a member of the NUJ (National Union of Journalists), Guild of Health Writers, Women in Journalism and ANLP (Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming).

Also a confidence coach, I am on the editorial team for Rapport, the NLP and Personal Development magazine. I also provide coaching tips (for work, life and relationships) for a wide range of titles.

I'm training as a Psychosynthesis counsellor and psychotherapist. As a Student Member of BACP, I am bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure for the time being in force.
